Since 1983 Richard Hamel, the person behind dot com Web Works (and dot org Web Works), has provided communications, marketing, fundraising and project development services to more than 100 organizations/companies. He is the founder and former president of PAX Publishing, a print-communications agency serving the greater Los Angeles region.
